Community Council Meeting of The Community and Members

Please join us for our October 19 Community Council meeting, focused on reviewing the results of the Community Needs List Survey. 

With these good numbers to work with, we will have much more certainty that we have taken the pulse of the community.  Its main purpose is to guide King County in preparing its biennial budgets. It will also be useful for many organizations on the Island for their own planning, budgeting, and grant writing:  businesses, schools, parks, nonprofits, etc.

Representatives from King County will be present at the meeting to share in the discusssion.

Plus we will have treats to celebrate and thank Islanders for filling out the survey.  (People can bring additional treats/beverages to share if they would like.)

Thank you so much for your important part in participating in this survey.  Please plan to come on the 19th to hear the results and join in the celebration!

When available, we will post here the draft meeting minutes for the September 21st Candidates Night.  It will include a link to the Zoom recording of that meeting. We will be approving the September 21st meeting minutes at the October 19 community meeting.
