Motion: Urging King County to be Noncomplicit with Deportation Flights from Boeing Field

At the January 15, 2026 Vashon-Maury Community Council meeting, a motion was submitted and seconded to end deportation flights through King County International Airport (Boeing Field).

I am for this motion. Everything must be done in order to stop these deportations. Besides being extremely cruel and dangerous, these deportations are being done without DUE PROCESS which is the foundation of our Democracy! This airport is the property of the citizens of King County.
